Our participants range in the age's between 18-80 years. 

We currently operate 6 group living spaces, as well as coordinate and support nearly 60 individual participants. 

WGHS provides residential support to a large geographical area in the southeast portion of Saskatchewan. 

Our mission is for our professionals to foster an environment which promotes independence, respect, and responsibility. 

Our programs promote holistic, supportive approaches that encourage participants to grow and move forward in all facets of life. 

We also provide quality support services to meet the needs of adults with physical/developmental disabilities, long term and persistent psychiatric disorders, or acquired brain injuries. 

For participants that are ready to transition towards an independent living setting, we offer Apartment Supportive Living. 

Our Supportive workers mentor and teach these participants daily life skills to promote independence in their own environment.
